Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the NITS website and its application features. By using the services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
1. The services
The services may include account features, database connection and reporting tools, Gmail account integrations, cleanup rules, and related technology services. Features may change, be unavailable, or be discontinued as the service develops.
2. Your account and responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for maintaining appropriate authorization to connect any mailbox or database.
- Use the services lawfully. Do not interfere with their operation, bypass access controls, or use them to access data without permission.
3. Connected services and your data
When you connect Gmail or a database, you authorize the app to use the credentials and permissions required for the features you request. You remain responsible for reviewing cleanup rules and confirming actions, especially actions that permanently delete messages. Disconnect integrations when you no longer want the app to use them.
Google, database hosts, and other third-party providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. NITS does not control their availability, policies, or systems.
4. Background jobs and reports
Some operations run asynchronously and may take time to complete. Results can be delayed or fail because of provider limits, network conditions, permissions, or service availability. Do not submit the same destructive operation repeatedly while an earlier job is still processing.
5. Availability and disclaimers
The services are provided on an “as available” basis. Reports are informational snapshots and may be incomplete or delayed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NITS disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
6. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the services and disconnect your integrations at any time. We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the services, or comply with applicable law.
7. Changes and contact
